Sahih Muslim Book 7, Hadith Number 3144.

Chapter : The sacred territory of Mecca and its inviolability and the prohibition to do hunting in it and its suburbs and felling down of its trees and cutting its grass.

Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) say: It is not permissible for any one of you to carry weapons in Mecca.
