Authentic Supplication Number 238.
“Ya ‘ayyuhannasu ‘ittaqoo rabbakumu ‘allathee khalaqakum min nafsin wahidatin wa khalaqa minha zawjaha wa bath-tha minhuma rijalan katheeran wa nisa’an wattaqul-laha ‘allatheetasa’aloona bihi wal’arhama inna ‘allaha kana `alaykum raqeeban” (246).
“Ya ‘ayyuha ‘allatheena amanoo ‘ittaqul-laha haqqa tuqatihi wa la tamootunna ‘illa wa ‘antum muslimoona” (247).
“Ya ‘ayyuha ‘allatheena amanoo ‘ittaqul-laha wa qooloo qawlan sadeedan yuslih lakum ‘a`malakum wa yaghfir lakum thunoobakum wa may yuti`illaha wa rasoolahu faqad faza fawzan `atheeman” (248).

Reported by At-Tirmithi, Abu Dawood, An-Nisa’ee, and Ibn Majah. At-Tirmithi said it was comely-sound. Al-Albani said: No. It is sound. He said that it had four channels that were by way of Ibn Mas`ood, one of which was sound according to the conditions of Muslim. This hadeeth is #164 in The Authentic of Good Sayings.
