Authentic Supplication Number 227.

The Messenger of Allah  said: “The riding should petition Salam upon the walking, and the walking upon the sitting, and the few upon the many.”

‘Al-`Adawee said it was sound, and that it was reported by Al-Bukhari, page 15 of volume 11 of Fath Al-Baree; Muslim, page 140 of volume 14; ‘Abu Dawood, page 381 of volume 5; At-Tirmithi, page 483 of volume 7 of Tuhfah; and Ibn As-Sunni, #222.
