Authentic Supplication Number 181.

When the wind would blow the Prophet  would say ‘Allahumma ‘innee ‘as’aluka khayraha, wa khayra ma feeha, wa khayra ma ‘ursilat bihi, wa ‘a`outhu bika min sharriha, wa sharri ma feeha, wa sharri ma ‘ursilat bihi (195).
