Authentic Supplication Number 133.

And she said: The Messenger of Allah  entered upon Abi Salamata and his eyes were staring fixedly. So he closed them, then he said: “When the soul is grabbed the sight follows it,” some of his family clamored. He then said: “Do not invoke upon yourselves anything but good, because the Angels are saying ‘Aameen’ [O’ Allah answer] to what you are saying.” He then said: Allahumma ‘ighfir li ‘Abi Salamata, warfa` darajatahu fil mahdiyyeena, wakhlufhu fee `aqibihi fil ghabireena, waghfir lana wa lahu ya rabbal `alameena, wafsah lahu fee qabrihi, wa nawwir lahu feehi (155).
