Authentic Supplication Number 95.

The Messenger of Allah  used to say in his prostration: ‘Allahumma ‘ighfrlee thambee kullahu, diqqahu wa jillahu, wa ‘awwalahu wa akhirahu, wa `alaniyahu wa sirrahu (113).
