Authentic Supplication Number 85.

It is reported by way of Huthayfata  that he heard the Prophet  saying upon having bowed: Subhana rabbiyal `atheemi (97) three times, and upon having prostrated: Subhana rabbiyal-‘a`la (98) three times.
