Authentic Supplication Number 57.

The Messenger of Allah  said: “O’ my son! When you enter upon your family, then petition Salam [upon them], that would be a blessing upon you, and upon your household”.

At-Tirmithi said this hadeeth is comely-sound, Al-Albani sait it is as At-Tirmithi said, pointing out that it has many channels [of ascription] strengthening it, and he included it The Authentic of Good Sayings as #47.
