Authentic Supplication Number 39.

It is reported of the Prophet  that he said: If one of you wakes up then let him say: ‘Al-hamdu lil-lahi ‘allathee radda `alayya roohee, wa `afanee fee jasadee, wa ‘athina lee bithikrihi (61).
