Abu Dawud Book 34, Hadith Number 4517.
Chapter : If a man finds someone with his wife should he kill him.
Narated By N/A : Abu Hurairah told, that Sa’d b. ‘Ubädah said: Apostle of Allah! if a man finds a man with his wife, should he kill him? The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: No. Sa’d: Why not, by Him Who has honoured you with truth? The Prophet (may peace be upon him) said: Listen to what your chief is saying. The narrator ‘Abd al-Wabhab said: (Listen) to what Sa’d is saying.
