Abu Dawud Book 34, Hadith Number 4501.

Chapter : If a man kills his slave or cuts off one of his limbs retaliation will be taken on him.

Narated By Samurah : The Prophet (PBUH) Said: If anyone kills his slave, we shall kill him, and if anyone cuts off the nose of his slave, we shall cut off his nose.
