Abu Dawud Book 34, Hadith Number 4497.

Chapter : If a man gives another poison to drink or eat will retaliation be taken on him or not.

Narated By Abu Hurairah : The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) would accept a present, but would not accept alms (sadaqah).
