Narated By ‘Aisha : The revealation came down to the Apostle of Allah (PBUH) and he recited to us: “A surah which We have sent down and which We have ordained (faradnaha)(Quran ii. 58)”
Abu Dawud said: The letter ra (r) in the word faradnaha has a short vowel a (without doubling of consonant r), and then he reached the verses after this verse.
