Abu Dawud Book 20, Hadith Number 3702.
Chapter : Drink made from raisins or dates nabidh.
Narated By ‘Aisha : Dates were steeped for the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) in a skin which was tied up at the top and had a mouth. What was steeped in the morning he would drink in the evening and what was steeped in the evening he would drink in the morning.
