Abu Dawud Book 12, Hadith Number 2906.
Chapter : Can a muslim inherit from an infidel.
Narated By Mu’adh ibn Jabal : I heard the Apostle of Allah (PBUH) say: Islam increases and does not diminish. He, therefore, appointed a Muslim heir (of a non-Muslim).
