Abu Dawud Book 2, Hadith Number 1547.

Narated By Abu al-Yusr : The Apostle of Allah (PBUH) used to supplicate: “O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from my house falling on me, I seek refuge in Thee from falling into an abyss, I seek refuge in Thee from drowning burning and decrepitude. I seek refuge in Thee from the devil harming me at the time of my death, I seek refuge in Thee from dying in Thy path while retreating, and I seek refuge in Thee from dying of the sting of a poisonous creature.”
