Abu Dawud Book 2, Hadith Number 1545.

Narated By Farwah b. Nawfal al-Ashja’i : I asked ‘Aisha, mother of believers,: What did the Apostle of Allah (PBUH) supplicate? She replied: He used to say: “O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from the evil of what I have done, and from the evil of what I have not done.”
