Abu Dawud Book 2, Hadith Number 1269.

Chapter : The view that the praying of the two rakahs after the afternoon prayer is permissible when the sun is at its height.

Narated By Ali ibn Abu Talib : The Prophet (PBUH) prohibited to offer prayer after the afternoon prayer except at the time when the sun is high up in the sky.
