Abu Dawud Book 1, Hadith Number 264.
Chapter : A person who is sexually defiled is permitted to eat anything before washing.
Narated By Abdullah ibn Abbas : The Prophet (PBUH) said about a person who had intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating: He must give one dinar or half a dinar in alms.
