Abu Dawud Book 1, Hadith Number 217.

Chapter : Bathing is obligatory after sexual intercourse without seminal emmision.

Narated By Abu Sa’id al-Khudri : The Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: Water (bath) is necessary only when there is seminal emission. And Abu Salamah followed it.
