Abu Dawud Book 34, Hadith Number 4520.
Chapter : Taking retaliation without a weapon of iron.
Narated By Anas : A girl was found with her head crushed between two stones. She was asked: Who did it with you? Was it so and so? Was it so and so? Until the Jew was named. Thereupon she gave a sign with her head. The Jew was arrested and he admitted. So the Prophet (may peace be upon him) gave command that his head should be crushed with stones.
