Sahih Muslim Book 20, Hadith Number 4529.

Chapter : Obedience to the ruler is forbidden in matters sinful, but is otherwise obligatory.

This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Shu’ba with the same chain of transmitters, and he said:”a negro slave”.
